Mobile physio across Sydney

Mobile physio. We come to you.

Physiotherapy at home, in residential aged care or in the community, across Sydney. For people who find it hard to get to a clinic because of age, injury, disability or getting around.

A physiotherapist kneels beside an older woman as she uses a walking frame to rise from her armchair at home.

Physio where you live

Your physio brings what they need to assess and treat you where you are. Sessions can include hands-on treatment, mobility and strength work, balance training, and a home exercise program you can keep doing between visits.

Seeing you at home also lets us look at the things that matter day to day: getting in and out of bed or a chair, managing steps and stairs, and moving safely around your home. Where it helps, we can talk through mobility aids or equipment.

Families, carers and coordinators can book on someone’s behalf, and are welcome to be there for the visit.

To book a home visit

Call or email us with the suburb, how the physio is funded and a few times that suit. Online booking is for the clinic.

  2. Home assessment.

Your physio assesses you at home and talks you through what they find.

  3. Your plan.

Treatment and exercises built around your goals and your home, with updates to your coordinator or GP where needed, with your consent.

Common questions

How much space do I need?

A small clear area where you can sit, lie down and move is usually enough.

Do I need a referral?

Private patients can book directly. Aged care, NDIS, workers compensation and CTP clients may need approval from their provider, plan manager, insurer or case manager. Call us and we’ll help you work out what you need.

Can a family member be there?

Yes. A family member, carer or support person is welcome.

Do you visit residential aged care?

Yes. Call us to arrange visits with the facility.

Referring a patient?

Case managers, care coordinators, GPs and support coordinators can refer by phone or email. We’ll contact the patient to book.
