What home physio can include

Funding
Support at Home
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. If you have a Support at Home budget, your provider can arrange physio visits from it. Talk to your provider or care partner, or call us and we’ll help.
Residential aged care
We visit people in residential aged care. Call us to arrange visits with the facility.
Private
You can also book home physio privately. Call us for home visit fees.
Booking for a parent or someone you care for
Many aged care bookings are made by a son or daughter, a carer or a care coordinator. Call or email with the person’s suburb, how the physio is funded and a few times that suit, and we’ll arrange the visit. You are welcome to be there.

Referring a patient?
Care coordinators, providers and GPs can refer by phone or email. We’ll contact the client or their family to book.
